On the border of Utrecht and Groenekan, between the meadows in the Noorderpark nature reserve, with a view of Fort Voordorp, you will find ‘the best of both worlds’ B&B Lattina Verde. Suitable for lovers of cycling and walking.
A detached B&B accommodation, cozy and diversely furnished, suitable for one to four people, only 15 minutes by bike (4 km) from the lively city center of Utrecht. When the weather is nice you can use the swimming pool. In winter the B&B is wonderfully heated with central heating and a beautiful fireplace. There is a barrel sauna on the site with a panoramic window so that you can enjoy the beautiful views over the meadows in the sauna.

Accommodation
B&B Lattina Verde is a cozy and divers furnished accommodation. The detached guest accommodation consists of a hall, a living room, a complete kitchen with a fridge, gas stove, coffee maker and oven. One bedroom with a large double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed, a bathroom with bath / shower and a separate toilet. The whole offers very good comfort for up to 4 people. The B&B has its own entrance.
The living room has two patio doors with a beautiful view of the fort canal and the meadows. The accommodation is equipped with a central heating system. so that in winter and cold days it is wonderfully warm.
There is also a beautiful central gas fireplace, resembling a wood stove, which provides extra atmosphere in winter. There is a TV in the living room.
There are several restaurants within cycling distance in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen with a small oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and gas stove. The interior of Latina Verde is decorated in various ways. Do you want to go out? Bicycles are available and can be used for free.

The guest house is located on a spacious area where you can sit outside. There is a barrel sauna on the site with a panoramic window so that you can enjoy the beautiful views over the meadows in the sauna. There is a wood burning stove on site that you can use. In warm weather, a dip in the pool is also possible. Latina Verde is a detached and the only accommodation on this property.
